Outages today related to Amazon's AWS
We use Amazon’s AWS service to serve the item images on your auction sites. We also use two other services that rely on it heavily: our help desk software (Zendesk), and our help-button service (Elevio). This morning, Amazon is experiencing… problems. (We’ve been told to not call it an outage.)
We know that is is a big problem, and we are working on mitigation strategies. As we find out more, we’ll let you know, here and on our Facebook page.
