Our system has a robust server and network architecture capable of handling large groups of simultaneous bidders.
What kind of training and support do we get before and during the event?
SchoolAuction.net provides assisted onboarding, free weekly training webinars, and embedded training videos directly within the platform to help teams prepare ahead of time.
Live customer support is available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific, with extended hours until 10 p.m. Pacific on weekends. Phone support is available to all customers on event night for real-time assistance. Automated (AI) in-app support is also available at all times.
How are payments, refunds, and chargebacks handled?
SchoolAuction.net offers payment processing through our partner, Deluxe Payment Systems, as well as integrations to a number of other payment processors. All transactions are sent securely from the software to the processor for processing.
Refunds and voids are also started from the SchoolAuction.net software, and executed by the payment processor.
If there is a chargeback associated with your auction, your group will be notified by your payment processor directly; you will be given an opportunity to dispute these, or resolve them otherwise by the processor.
How quickly do we receive our funds after the event?
Funds are distributed by your credit card processor — and all of the processors we support deposit funds directly into your nonprofit's bank account within 3 business days.
