Announcing our newest feature: Advance Check-in!

Our one-of-a-kind fundraising software is designed to make guests happier and results better for hard-working volunteer teams. To that end, we are excited to announce the first of several exciting upgrades coming this summer: Advance Check-in.

The new Advance Check-in feature allows guests to check in for gala events online, entering their credit card number (to enable fast check-out at the end of the evening), and printing out their bid numbers before they ever leave the house.

For schools, community clubs, non-profits, and churches, this means less waiting in line for guests, less burnout for volunteers, and smoother, more successful events for your organization.

Here’s what volunteer Emily Brenner Hawkins had to say about the new feature: “This software has become an integral part of our annual event management. It provides an efficient, cost-effective way to manage ticket sales, seating and auction. Support is extremely responsive and the advanced check-in feature is a great addition. It enabled us to run an event for 620 guests with no long lines at check in.”

Alongside Advance Check-In, this upgrade also brings a redesigned online-registration interface, with improved performance and more flexibility.
