We use a support-desk system called Zendesk, here at SchoolAuction.net World HQ. Today (1/21/12), they have scheduled maintenance from 4PM-6PM PST (00:00 - 02:00 GMT Sun Jan 22nd) .
There may be a delay during this period but a message to support@schoolauction.net will be answered in the usual fashion
