Most weeks, we release a code upgrade. We don’t blog about these regularly (although I probably should), because most of the time (at least during the busy fall and spring auction seasons) the upgrades are bug fixes and minor improvements.
But this week, we’re rolling out a long-overdue change that has been on many of your request lists - the ability to bulk-edit entries in your Donors list. So hey, let’s toot the horn. You’ll be able to set the following variables for a group of donors: solicitor, relationship to org, contact history, and the anonymous and sponsor flags. Read more in the online support documents.
This release also brings a faster, easier way to designate which items should be offered to sale alongside your admission tickets during the online registration process - read about that here.
And starting tomorrow, we will begin a beta test of a new feature in the event-creation process, allowing you to migrate a LOT more settings and details from an older event site (including your receipt settings, homepage settings, and more.) You’ll need to ask us if you want to be part of that - email support and they will hook you up.
